Description

The Fiat 1500 6C of 1939 is an elegant Italian saloon from the late 1930s, powered by a 1,493 cc six-cylinder engine producing approximately 45 hp. Renowned for its comfort, reliability, and streamlined styling, it was among the most refined models in Fiat’s pre-war range.

The example offered here was first registered in 1939 and remained within the same family for more than 30 years, retaining its original registration plate. Acquired by the current owner in 2020, the car underwent a careful preservation-oriented restoration, with particular attention paid to retaining as much of the original paintwork as possible.

The mechanical components were comprehensively overhauled, while the interior was retrimmed using period-correct materials.

Following the restoration, the car has been regularly driven and properly maintained, and today presents in excellent condition, ready to be enjoyed on the road.

The vehicle is accompanied by its original registration booklet, several original period owner’s and maintenance manuals, and an extensive file of invoices and receipts documenting both past maintenance and the recent restoration work.
